By downloading or using Mono Aware, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Mono Aware is an iOS application that helps you manage screen time by blocking selected apps using Apple's Screen Time API. The app is provided by Studio Cognit, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada.
Mono Aware offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Monthly — $3.99/month
Annual — $19.99/year (includes a 3-day free trial)
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Mono Aware uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You can review it at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
You agree to use Mono Aware only for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent the app's functionality. The app uses Apple's FamilyControls entitlement — you are responsible for any settings you configure.
Mono Aware is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about its effectiveness in changing habits or reducing screen time. The app is a tool — results depend on your commitment to using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Cognit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mono Aware.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
